求救,玩不了ava當我登入的時候就會彈出這個視窗

他說我的電腦裹沒有fmodex.dll檔
但是我的C:\\WINDOWS\system32和WarTown\AVAOnline\AVA_TW \ Binaries裹都有fmodex.dll檔還是玩不了,重新安裝過很多次都還是玩不了
