Name: RuneHK

Objective: To promote Runescape in Hong Kong and to unify Runescape players in Hong Kong for more productive output and a harmony community.

The SellingPoint: To grow it formal enough to register it into the Jagex fansite list.

Content: An official HKRS fan site + An independent HKRS forum

Format: Should try reference of  international standard fansite. (tipit/rs community)

HumanResource: This will be a joint-venture of enthusiastic players from two forums and any volunteers are welcomed.

All feedback and opinion are needed to improve this proposal. Please feel free to commend.

No, the fan site is not profit-oriented. It is free and aims at promote rs in hk.

So far I have:

1. discussed the possibility of registering domains for site and forum with Chris Wong (Ex player + Pro programmer Now). We both think its too early to 'pay for fan site' and it should start with something free first.

proposed free forum: http://www.createforum.net/
proposed free site: need suggestion on some site provide large space.

2. obtained consent from certain people in the two forums include two 頭頭s in Myforum.

3. discussed with two famous players for the above briefing and in addition, we agree that:

a. no new cc will be created.

b. will need human resources in
-editing guides and database
-technical issue
-advertisement
-general managemant

我可以提供以下免費服務：1. 網站空間 (我在外國有服務器) 20GB 空間 及 1000GB 流量以上都冇問題
2. Discuz , Phpwind , phpbb 等程式架設及管理 (5年+經驗)
3. 頂級域名一個  xxxxx.com  or  .net  .org


需要有心人仕做：

1. 圖片設計(主要做Banner 及 logo)
2. 管理論壇人員 :loveliness:

對於 icy 的睇法呢，的確係好的，不過長遠發展好多地方都會縛手縛腳 ，點同人介紹我地、guides 的統一性、搞活動......

感覺就係用 icy 的做法，兩個 RS 版都可能做到前所未有的巔峰，但在這之後就再好難向前發展，衝進一條廣寬的堀頭路
kit 的方法係開新的站，以仿效外國大 fansite 的做法營運，某程度上，做到好似 Tip.it、RuneHQ 咁就係呢個計劃可以帶大家去到的盡頭，係用 icy 的方法點都做唔到的地步

現況：
唔理玩 RS 的人幾多，大的我地都知的 RS 版有我地 Nakuz 及 M 記兩個
可能仲有 D 無接觸過我地的小撮人，及高登的小部分人
講真，所有都係「寄人籬下」的模式生存

目標：
一個真係比香港 RS 人去的站 + 一個比香港 RS 人去的討論區
希望發展到可以在 Jagex fansite list 出現


format 就後話啦！呢個計劃最需要先解決的問題有三個：

一、人手不足

暫時我個人就無去邀請個別人士幫手，其實現階段人手需要的只有一點——有心幫忙
至於有無時間幫手呢，本人今年讀 high-dip last year + 重考高考，除左應屆考生 / 部分工作量大的人士，相信都無人忙過我
時間只要你想，其實要編排好唔難，都係個句「有心幫忙」就夠了
至於實際上要幫 D 乜，就要睇下以後個 plan 同埋 leader 的決定；依家我地只希望知道有幾多人肯出一分力幫手

（我地只需要大家義務幫手，當 leader 叫大家幫手的時候，無時間的就坦白講，暫時無 mood 的都可以坦白講，我地唔會亦無辦法迫你去做，放心！）


二、技術困難

好可惜玩 RS 的人入面無幾多個識 programming，更加唔好講寫一個網站、點維持、點修復佢
呢 part 雖然暫時未有好大影響，但長時間的話，免費 forum 的各種容量不足 / 網速的問題會出現，而要效法外國大 fansite 咁有獨立的另一個 site 就更加係天方夜談

非常希望有邊個有經驗的，或者略知一二的都出下聲，有此技能又有心幫忙的大概會成為成個計劃的核心人物之一，有此技能但無乜心機幫忙的都希望可以做個顧問，有事的時候可以多一個照應


三、權力轉移問題

呢點我都無辦法好好咁講出來，大家諗到的相信都差唔多，我舉幾個我答到的出來先：

邊個係全個計劃的 leader？
暫時係 kit，我好快要 semi-quit 所以恕我只可以做個顧問及幫手移下 guides

原討論區版主們點算？
新站新開始，再加上多個"黑"歷史問題，好多都會換人，不過希望大家尊重自己尊重他人，唔好「見高就拜，見低就踩」

cc 點處理？
不變，forum 同 cc 兩個系統獨立，你去開邊個 cc 就去返邊個
正如大家去睇 Tip.it / RuneHQ 的 guides，又有無聽過佢地的 offical cc？
（當然不排除將來會產生變化，不過唔係短期內會發生的事）


更多的問題仲有兩邊的 RS 版點處理、新站將來要收費的話邊個比、有乜新規矩、有無咁易又開個新站......
以上問題我都無能力答到你，等夠人參與再大家討論先知



p.s. 個人對 kit 的提問：format 上如果仿效 RS wiki 的做法會點？

i think this site is actually useless..
by looking at the picture u made.. (i think maybe need more tech support)
phpbb > discus because it is simple
but actually this is personal
and if u make that fans site in free forum
the forum will crash easily
better not say much things..
